2025 was another strong year for oceanfront condos in Old Orchard Beach. The average price per square foot has come down a little since 2024, however it was still above 2023 rate. This means 2025 was still the 2nd highest ever. Total number of sales in 2025 increased significantly over 2024. 2026 is shaping up to be another great year with rates continuing to come down since their peak in 2023.
